The Challenge
As an IT Engineer working on cloud, it was really difficult to handle the inbound queries for issues in virtual machines. Regularly we get more than 50 VM queries which makes it lot more difficult to handle both Internal IT related tickets and inbound queries of Work From Home users’s tickets. But now it all has been sorted out because of Hoddz Business Services.
It’s not that difficult anymore to copy the context from the query and send it to Hoddz Business Services’s IT Team to take care of the rest.
